3. Booking and Reservations
Reservation Requirements
- All participants must be at least 13 years old unless accompanied by a parent/guardian
- Advance booking is required for all tours and expeditions
- Valid identification is required for all participants
- Medical conditions and dietary restrictions must be disclosed at booking
- Swimming ability and physical fitness requirements must be met
Payment Terms
- Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your reservation
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods
- All prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund unless rescheduled
- No-show: No refund
Weather and Safety Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Equipment malfunction
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Marine life protection requirements
In such cases, we will offer:
- Full refund of all payments made
- Rescheduling to an alternative date
- Credit toward future services

Ocean activities are inherently dangerous. All participants must comply with safety instructions and acknowledge the risks involved in marine adventures.
Mandatory Requirements

- Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations
- Maintain basic swimming ability (swimming test may be required)

Health and Fitness Requirements
Participants must be in adequate physical condition to participate in ocean activities. Certain medical conditions may prevent participation, including but not limited to:
- Severe heart conditions or recent cardiac events

The Swordfish carries commercial general liability insurance, but this does not cover participant injuries or personal property.
